The basic idea of the event is that it is a multi-activity competition where YOU call the shots. The idea is to collect as many Apex Points as you can within a set time.
Each team of four is given a map of the playing area. There'll be about ten main activities for you to try your hand it with things ranging from abseiling, to climbing, weaselling or assault courses. You'll know WHERE the activities are, but you won't always know what you might find there when you arrive. Each of these gets you 50 points.
On
your way between these activities you can visit other control points
where you just stamp your card to get extra points. The number of
points you get for each of those depends how easy they are to find,
but it could be anything from 5 to 30 points.
You can decide which places you go to and in what order to try to plan the best route round to get the most points. If it's an event that involves a night-time element, don't think you can just stick to the big easy footpaths though! There'll be a team of Apex Chasers patrolling them trying to steal your points.
